Privacy notice
This launch version is designed without non-essential analytics or advertising trackers. If those tools are added later, this notice and any required consent mechanism must be updated before activation.
1. Who is responsible?
MuNaGi Consulting is the trade name of Uzochukwu Onyema, a Belgian natural-person enterprise established at St.-Magdalenastraat 60, 2200 Herentals, Belgium, enterprise number 1040.142.678. MuNaGi is responsible for personal data processed through the website and ordinary business enquiries. Contact: info@munagi.be or +32 465 50 52 65.
2. What information may we process?
When you contact MuNaGi by email or book a fit conversation, we may process your name, business contact details, company, role, appointment details, message content and other information you choose to provide. Website and service providers may also process basic technical, security and server-log information needed to operate their services.
3. Why do we process it?
We use enquiry and booking information to respond to requests, schedule meetings, assess potential engagements, prepare proposals and manage professional relationships. We may also process information where necessary for contractual, accounting, security or other legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or MuNaGi's legitimate interests in operating and securing the business and responding to professional enquiries.
5. Service providers and recipients
The website is intended to be hosted on Vercel. Business email and scheduling use Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Bookings. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or project service providers where necessary and subject to the relevant safeguards. Client-project data and specialist access are governed separately by the applicable engagement and data-processing arrangements.
6. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area where their infrastructure requires it. Where applicable, the provider and/or MuNaGi must rely on an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards. MuNaGi does not grant non-EEA specialists access to client personal data unless the relevant client authorisation and required transfer safeguards are in place.
7. Retention
Enquiry, booking and prospect information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, the business relationship and applicable legal obligations. Project-specific retention is defined by the relevant engagement arrangements.
8. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority. To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, email info@munagi.be.
9. Cookies and analytics
The initial MuNaGi website is designed to operate without non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. The Microsoft Bookings page is a separate Microsoft service reached via an external link and is subject to Microsoft's own service and privacy information. If MuNaGi later adds analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking to munagi.be, the required information and consent controls will be added first.
10. Changes
This notice may be updated when the website, service providers or processing activities change. The latest version will be published on this page.
